Stamps featuring the Philippine Centennial Prestige Booklets
Due to operational requirements and to dispose of the Philippine Centennial Prestige Booklets issued in 1998 which are being sold at a premium over face values and which includes 5 booklet panes with denominations that are mostly obsolete by now, the Philippine Postal Corporation will issue four stamps from the booklets surcharged to current international mail rates.
