Design:The visual used in the design is lifted from a printed copy of a lithographic print from the original artwork by French artist Auguste Nicolas Vaillant (1793-1858). The owner of the framed artwork “Douane De Manille” The Manila Customs circa 1852 is loaned from the BOC-Commissioner of Customs Titus Villanueva and other visual materials from Intramuros Administration.

Stamps and Official First Day Covers will be available starting 01 February 2002 at the Philatelic Division, Door 203, Liwasang Bonifacio 1000 Manila and all Regional Offices of the Philippine Postal Corporation.
