The Philippine Postal Corporation will issue four (4) more “Mallat Drawings” definitives (with “2002” date) to provide additional stocks of stamps for the 4 basic rates for letters weighing up to 20 grams: local rate; rates to Zone 1 (Asian countries), Zone 2 (Australia, New Zealand and Middle East) and Zone 3 (USA, Canada and Europe).
