Stamps featuring the Surgeonfish

The Philippine Postal Corporation (Philpost) has come up with the Surgeonfish stamps, which was issued last January 20, 2011. It is classified as a “Definitive” kind of issue with a denomination of P 3.00 and quantity of 3,000,000 pieces.
