Design:The centennial stamp shows a replica of the facade of the original building constructed nearly a hundred years ago. The entire building and additional structures constructed through the years before 1941 were completely destroyed by incendiary bombs during the liberation of Manila. A sense of history prompted the superiors of St. Scholastica’s College to have a true re-construction of the main building.

Stamps and Official First Day Covers will be available starting January 3, 2006 at the Philatelic Service, Door 203, Liwasang Bonifacio, 1000 Manila and all Regional Offices of the Philippine Postal Corporation.
