The Philippine Postal Corporation will issue a souvenir sheet (with additional inscriptions on the 150th Anniversary of First Philippine Postage Stamp souvenir sheet) to publicize POSTPEX 2004, which will be held at the Manila Central Post Office lobby from April 19 – 24, 2004.
